Uninstall Workflow Manager silently

Use the msiexec.exe command to silently uninstall ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server.

Open a command prompt.
Run the following command to uninstall Workflow Manager Server:
```
msiexec /x {455C44DE-39C6-4D9F-BC13-48F7626492E8} /qb
```
